Autumn ambush

Beech trees on a misty Autumn morning in Chawton Park woods. This section of woodland is apparently a place where 13th century robbers would hide before ambushing people travelling along an old roman road than ran nearby, it was cleared as a result but clearly things have grown back a bit.
