Empty chairs at empty tables

I don’t know if this is sign of the times but on one of the busiest days of summer at a beach that was packed with tourists this bar was empty and all shut up, maybe it closed as the result of the economy or maybe the owner just decided not to open on this day, who knows?!
The title of this image is a track from one of my favourite musicals - Les Miserables, a poignant sentiment possibly!
