Bluebells in woods near to Micheldever, Hampshire. Looking out towards the edge of this beech tree filled woodland, in the middle is a Copper Beech providing a splash of red amongst the fresh lime green Spring foliage.
Backlit scenes are one of my favourite ways of photographing bluebells, as clouds move across the sky sections of the forest move from sunlight to shade, waiting for the right moment can produce dramatic results like this, it only lasts a short time before dappled light fills the area again, which is also has an appeal, the trouble is choosing which frame to use!
